Grace Curd

Grace Curd, age 76, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2005 at the Select Specialty Hospital at U.T. Medical Center. A native of Washington County, Tennessee, she was born on July 19, 1929 to the late Joe and Elsie Eisenburg Milhorn. In addition to her parents, Grace was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Curd and grandson, Travis Curd. Grace was a member of Norwood Church of Christ of Knoxville. She enjoyed needlework and loved her grandchildren. Grace is survived by one daughter, Sandra Davis and husband Albert of Clinton, Tn; one son, Dwight Curd and wife Sue of Knoxville, Tn; three sisters; one brother; four grandchildren: Tanya Curd, Tia Roberts, Teri Payne and Angie Howard; four great grandchildren: Lige Roberts, Cole Roberts, Macie Edwards and Austin Payne and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Grace Curd will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 25, 2005 from the Hux-Tetrick Funeral Home Chapel, 300 W. Main Street, Mountain City, Tennessee 37683, with Mr. Bob Cowles to officiate. The family will receive friends from 12-1:00 p.m. prior to Services on Thursday. Graveside Services and Interment will follow from the Dunn Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be: Larry Payne, Arthur Roberts, Albert Davis, Dwight Curd, Lewis Curd, Dean Curd, Johnny Utsman, Norman Utsman and Billy Utsman.
