Gurney Martin Potter Jr.

We are saddened to announce the passing of Gurney Martin Potter, Jr. on Sunday January 24, 2021. He was born to Gurnie Martin Potter, Sr. and Ruby Gladys Willen Potter on June 20, 1965, in Oxford, PA. In his free time, he enjoyed woodworking. Martin owned and operated Johnson County Muffler Shop. Those left to cherish his memory include: his wife of 23 years, Aprile Reece Potter; along with his children and grandchildren which he loved very much: sons, Travis Clawson and wife, Jamie; Skylar Reece and wife, Samantha, Martin Potter and wife, Brianna and Tristan Potter; daughter, Mandisa Barrington. Grandchildren: Hayden Parker, Aiden Clawson, Alex Clawson, Liam Potter, Loxley Reece, and Everest Reece. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at the Dunn Cemetery starting at 11:00 AM with Rev Bill Morefield to officiate. Everyone is asked to assemble at the Cemetery at 10:45 PM.
