She was a native of Greeneville, Tennessee and was born August 15th, 1923 to the late, Clyde Moore and Zula Peterson Moore. She was proceeded in death by her husband, two sons; Jim Mark Brown and Steven Alexander Brown, also two brothers; Donald and A.C. Moore. She was a member of the First Christian Church, of Mountain City, Tennessee. She was a Homemaker and former employee of the Neva General Store, and Woolworths of Greeneville, Tennessee. Ms. Brown was a member of the Class of 1941 at Greeneville High School. She is survived by a daughter; Annlynn Ward, Mountain City, Tennessee and a son David Brown, also of Mountain City; one brother Ned Moore, Afton, Tennessee, three grandchildren; Jake and Travis Ward Both of Neva, Tennessee and Stevie Brown of Greenville, Tennessee, five great grandchildren; Josie and Sadie Ward, Marshall, Walker, and Mason Brown. Several nieces also survive. Graveside services for Helen Brown will be conducted at 2:30 P.M. on Wednesday, April 19th 2006 from the Sunset Memorial Park Mountain City, Tennessee with Mr. Jim Hutchinson to officiate. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 7:00 P.M. at Hux-Lipford Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home at anytime.
