Obituary: Henry C. Anglemeyer
Henry C. Anglemeyer, age 61, of Beatrice, Nebraska, passed away at the Bryan/LGH West Hospital in Lincoln Nebraska on Saturday morning, July 25, 2009. He was the son of the late Baso and Ethel Anglemyer. Henry was preceded in death by his brother Marion Anglemeyer. He was born February 23, 1948 in Omaha, Nebraska. He and Virginia Gaast Anglemeyer were married on January 29, 1973 in Nebraska City, NE. Henry mowed lawns, did snow removal and was a volunteer for the Salvation Army in Beatrice, NE. He enjoyed watching westerns on television.
Survivors include his wife Virginia of the home; two brothers: Fred Anglemeyer and wife Phyllis of Butler, Tennessee and Raymond Dahmer of Beatrice, Nebraska; two sisters: Catherine Spencer and Mary Ann Kaumans both of Greely, Colorado; guardians and special friends: RoseAnn and Kenny Parde of Beatrice, NE.
Funeral service for Henry will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday July 29, 2009 at the Salvation Army Church, 120 South 7th Street in Beatrice, NE with Lt. Ruth Sellen officiating. Graveside service and interment will follow in the Evergreen Home Cemetery.
Mr. Anglemeyer’s body will Lie-in-State from 1:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Tuesday July 28, 2009 at the Griffiths-Hovendick Chapel in Beatrice, NE with the family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. that evening.
A Memorial has been established to the family’s choice with the Griffiths-Hovendick Chapel in Charge.
