Hobert "Junior" Clyde Guy, age 36, of 948 Pine Orchard, Butler, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2004 at the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, he was born on September 13, 1968 to Lois Greenwell Guy and the late Hobert Clyde Guy. In addition to his father, Junior was preceded in death by one niece, Roxanne Guy. He enjoyed all sports, especially the Atlanta Braves and Tennessee Volunteers. In addition to his mother, Junior is survived by one sister, Frances Guy; two brothers, Dwight Greenwell and Leon Guy, all of the home; special friends, Beverly and Darrell Prichard, Billy Joe White and Harry White. Several Uncles and Aunts also survive. Graveside Services for Junior will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 30, 2004 from the Sugar Grove Cemetery with Rev. Dwight Hobbs to officiate. Active Pallbearers will be: Members of the Johnson County Rescue Squad. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Dr. Spanneth, Larry Garland, Randy Pierce, Harry White, Billy Joe White, Ted Pierce, Scotty Campbell, Mick Potter, Larry McCall, Kenny Icenhour and all of Junior's Uncles. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Friday, October 29, 2004 from the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home Chapel. At other times, friends may call at the residence.
