Howard "Keith" Guy

Howard "Keith" Guy, age 62, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at Woodstock Center for Nursing and Healing. Keith was born in Akron, Ohio (Summit County) to Crystal Rose Guy and the late Howard Dana Guy. Keith was a graduate of North Ridgeville High School and the Lorain County JVS Auto Mechanics Program.

 In addition to his father, Keith was also preceded in death by his son, Keith Lee Guy and Keith Lee’s mother Penny Moore. Keith was a sweet, loving person who cherished his family and friends. He loved working on cars and engines. He was a skilled mechanic who could repair almost anything. He enjoyed fishing and 4-wheeling and loved music and going to concerts. Keith never met a stranger—if someone was stranded on the roadside, Keith would always stop to lend a hand. He made us laugh with his funny stories and sense of humor. He was truly one of a kind. 

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving mother, Crystal Rose Guy; daughter, Crystina Ruth Guy, and her mother Rodi Bijeaux; sisters, Joy Severino (John), Tammy Phipps (Ricky) and Sharon Lynn Angel (Michael). Special companion Rubmery Foster; step-sons, Gabe Fernandez (Baily), Anthony Fernandez, Ian Maynard (Macy), and his precious grandchildren; his loving aunts in Tennessee, Wilma Henthorn, Sandra Nunley, and Vickie Whaley; his “Uncle” Cousin Creed Guy, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

 A visitation will be held October 3, 2026 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Hux and Lipford Funeral Home 300 W. Main St. Mountain City, TN 37683, with a procession to the Funeral service 2:00 pm at the Piney Grove Poga Church of Christ 1167 Poga Rd. Butler, TN 37640, with Dean Estep, officiating, followed by the burial in the church cemetery.
