Howard Phillips

March 25, 1940 — November 3, 2023

Howard Phillips, age 83, of Mountain City, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 at his residence. He was born March 25, 1940 to the late Oscar Phillips and Hazel Main Phillips.

Howard was a self-employed Mechanic. He enjoyed junking, fishing, working on cars, spending time with his grandchildren and reading his bible.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, William Phillips Jr of Tennessee; granddaughter, Breionna Blevins of Laurel Bloomery; five great grandchildren, Dennis Phillips, Faith Blevins, Piper Blevins, Amelia Gibson and Robin Gibson and many special friends.

It was Howard's wishes to be cremated and no formal services held.
