Initia Osborne

February 17, 1985 — September 1, 2018

Initia N. Osborne age 33, of 516 Eller Road, Mountain City Tennessee passed away unexpectedly on Saturday September 1st, 2018. She was born on February 17, 1985 in Boone, Watauga County, North Carolina.

Initia is the daughter of Charles Osborne and Denise Rhymer of Mountain City, Tennessee. She is the granddaughter of Eddie Rhymer and wife, Maggie, Mountain City, Tennessee and Rosemary Click and husband, Andy. Initia was preceded in death by her grandmother, Gladys Roberts
Initia loved spending time with her daughter, Hattie. She also enjoyed spending time with her other family members. She was a member of the Berea Baptist Church. She was an avid scrap booker.

In addition to her parents and grandparents, Initia leaves behind her young daughter, Hattie Elizabeth Vines. The father of her child, Brandon Vines of Hampton, Tennessee.

Other survivors include her brothers, Jake Osborne and wife, Rachel, Mountain City, Tennessee. Charlie Osborne and wife, Bev, Mountain City, Tennessee. Jamie Osborne and wife, Carrie, Mountain City, Tennessee. Nieces and nephews include, Candy, Autumn, Whitley and Hayden. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive as well as special friends, Erlene Reavis and Hannah James.

It was Initia's wish to be cremated. A celebration of life service for Initia will be held at a later date.
