Janice Potter

Janice Potter age 81 of Mountain City Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at her residence.  She was born July 12, 1942 to the late Virgil Eldreth and Marie Forrester Eldreth.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sons, Tim Potter and Tracy Potter.

Janice was of the Baptist Faith.  She enjoyed going to yard sales, collecting frogs and old irons.

In addition to her husband, of sixty three years, Elmer Potter those left to cherish her memory include her two sons, Jeff Potter of Mountain City, TN and Travis Potter of Mountain City, TN; a sister, Sandy Slayman of Rising Sun, MD; a brother, Gerald Eldreth of Elkton, MD; five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
A graveside service for Janice will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Park with Reverend Frank Woods officiating.

Pallbearers will be friends.
