Janie Pauline Robinson, age 91, of 930 Owl Hollow Road, Shady Valley, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2005, at the Sycamore Shoals Hospital. A native of Hazard County, Kentucky, she was born on May 9, 1914, to the late Watt and Lydia (Morgan) Reed. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dana Robinson, and two sons: Charles and William Robinson. Surviving are 3 daughters: Freda Robinson, Austin, Texas; Jaqueline Keller and husband James, Titusville, Florida; Maline Robinson and husband George Harrell, Madison, Wisconsin; 2 sons: Tom Robinson and wife Lois, and Brent Robinson and wife Edna, both of Shady Valley, Tennessee; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 18, from the chapel of Hux-Lipford Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Stidham to officiate. Music will be under the direction of Tina Lipford. A visitation will be held from 4 to 5:30 prior to the funeral service. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 19, from the Blevins Cemetery in Shady Valley.
