Jeffery Mark "Jeff" Bunting

Jeffery Mark "Jeff" Bunting, age 38, of 1398 Copperhead Hollow Road, Butler, passed away suddenly Monday, March 17, 2003, at the Johnson County Health Center. Mr. Bunting was a native of Carter County, born on June 11, 1964 to the late Barton Bunting and Susan Eggers Bunting, of Mountain City. He was a 1982 graduate of Johnson County High School and worked as a truck driver. Mr. Bunting attended Mountain City Church of God. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Glen and Polly Jane Dugger and his paternal grandparents, Ott and Ina Lee Bunting. Survivors: In addition to his mother: (1) Sister: Margie and husband Rev. C. Bryant Collins, Johnson City, TN (1) Brother: Marvin and wife Phyllis Bunting, Butler, TN Special Niece: Courtney Collins, Johnson City, TN Hux-Lipford Funeral Home is in charge of the Arrangements. Funeral services for Jeffery Mark "Jeff" Bunting will be conducted at 7:30 P.M. Wednesday, March 19, 2003 at the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Walker, Rev. C. Bryant Collins, Rev. Wayne Depew to officiate Music will be under the Direction of Hillary Smalling. Pallbearers will be: Jimmy Bunting, Kevin Dugger, Michael Reece, David Dugger, Cody Vines, Randy Tester, Terry Bunton Phillip Bunting, Banum Banner. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Jenues Turbyfield, J. C. Blake, Scott McKinney, Scotty Potter, Joe Barlow, Burial will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 20, 2003 at Baker's Gap Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:30 P.M. at the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home. Friends may also call at the residence, 1398 Copperhead Hollow Road, Butler, at any time.
