Jeffrey E Gulley

Mr. Jeffrey E. Gulley, age 52 of Elizabethton, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at Sycamore Shoals Hospital in Elizabethton, TN.

He was born on September 18, 1971 in Melbourne, FL to Paul Gulley and the late Dawn Kahn Gulley. He was a paramedic for Washington County EMS and had been involved in EMS for 32 years. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sheelah Porter Gulley; his father, Paul Gulley; two step-children, Brandon C. Roberts and Tyler Roberts; his sister, Shae Cowan (Tony); his brother, Chris Gulley (Kerrby); two grandchildren, Paisley Roberts and Leiliahnna Roberts; two nephews, Kyler Gulley and Canon Gulley; and one niece, Brylee Dillard.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Victory Baptist Church in Shady Valley, TN. The funeral service will follow at 6:00pm with Rev. Greg Largent to officiate.

Graveside service and interment will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 11:00am at Reece Memorial Park in Mountain City, TN. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.

At other times, the family will receive friends and food at the home of Rev. Eddie Porter, 1059 Orchard Road. Shady Valley, TN 37688.

Flowers are appreciated, however, in lieu of flowers for those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Cancer Research Hospital.
