Jessie James Dugger

Jessie James Dugger, of Bristol, VA, passed away in his home on October 22, 2018.  Jessie was born Jan 4, 1955, to Otis and Thelma Dugger in Washington County, Tennessee.  In addition to his parents, Jessie is preceded in death by his brother Alfred Dugger.Jessie's memory will live on in those left to cherish his memory.  Survivors include his brother Frank Dugger, his sisters Sylvia Ward, Carolyn Dugger, Barbara Blalet, Rachael Duran, Marie Rivera, Joyce Pagan, Mary DeJesus, Vona Nieves, and Katherine Dugger, several nieces and nephews, and his close friend Dave Medley.Private family services will be held at a later date.The loving and professional care of Jessie Dugger has been entrusted to Hux & Lipford Funeral Home, 300 W. Main Street, Mountain City, TN 37683
