Jo Ellen Shoun

Jo Ellen Shoun, age 68, of 919 Medical Park Drive, Mountain City, TN passed away on Sunday October 25, 2015 at the Mountain City Care Center. Jo Ellen was born November 29, 1946 to the late Doran E. Shoun and Helma Warner, Shoun in addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother in law Jack Taylor, and Nephew Larry "Big L" Dunn. Jo Ellen loved Stuffed animals, Puzzles, Pets, and-loved being around children. She was also a member of the Liberty Christian Church. She is survived by four sisters: Deane Brooks and husband Eddie of Mountain City, Tn. Reba Taylor, Mountain City, Tn. Deb Stevenson and husband Gene, Clyde, N.C. Liz Roush and Husband Matt, Mountain City, Tn. Brother; Stuart Shoun, and Fiancé Reba Mashburn, Hickory, N.C. There will be celebration of life to honor Jo Ellen on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. from the East Side Chapel of the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home with Rev. Steven Spencer officiating.
