John Alexander Mcelyea

Mr. John Alexander McElyea, age 78, of 919 Medical Park Drive, Mountain City, TN 37683 passed away on May 29, 2017.  He was born August 30, 1938 to the late Wiliam Lee McElyea and Rose McElyea.

He enjoyed fishing, camping and working on cars.  He was an employee of Singer Furniture, Lenoir, NC.

 Survivors include:

  2 sons: Tony McElyea and Spouse Theresa of Elizabethton, TN and Bill McElyea and Spouse Dawn McElyea, of Johnson City, TN.
          

 2 Brothers: Lewis McElyea, of Mountain City, TN and Jack McElyea of Lenoir, NC.

 3 Grandchildren Jamie McElyea and Amanda, of Wilkesboro, NC;  Santana McElyea, of Elizabethton TN, and Jason McElyea, of Elizabethton, TN. 

Several great grandchildren,  nieces and nephews also survive.

  A Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
