He passed away at his home with his loving wife of 34 years at his side on Thursday, July 22, 2010. He loved working on his Harley, fishing and just enjoyed life. He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Roberts and mother, Maggie Roberts. Brothers Loyd Roberts and Pete Roberts and a beloved niece Regina Brewer Herald. His father and mother in-law Wade Norris and Corrine Norris. Survivors include: his wife, Vanessa Roberts of the home; daughters: Tracy and husband, Chris Issacs, Hampton, Tennessee and Makeshia and husband, Mike McNeal of Hampton Tennessee; sister, Margaret Wilcox Roberts, Johnson City, Tennessee; half-sister, Della Courtner, Mountain City, Tennessee; favorite nephew Joshua Herald; brother-in-law, Marty Norris, who was like a son to him; grandchildren, Cody and Andrew Isaacs and Brandon McNeal. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services for Johnny Mark Roberts will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 26, 2010 from Sunset Memorial Park with Rev. Harvey White officiating. Pallbearers will be Joe Norris, Mike Norris, Rex Ward, Rick Townsend, Josh Herald, and Mike McNeal. Honorary pallbearers will Marty Norris, Mark Guinn and Joey Fisher.
