Jonathan Brewer

Jonathan Brewer, age 25, of 1701 Little Dry Run Road, Butler, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 9, 2004. A native of Johnson County, he was born on February 27, 1979 to James T. Brewer and Barbara Tester Brewer. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, John T. Brewer and Della Elkins Brewer and maternal grandparents, Ellis T. Tester and Dolly Norris Tester. Jonathan enjoyed hunting and working on cars. He was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to his parents, Jonathan is survived by his fianc, Gina Weaver of Laurel Bloomery, TN; one sister, Melissa A. Brewer of Portland, OR; two brothers, Anthony Brewer and Thomas E. Brewer, both of Butler, TN; special aunts and uncles; Donald and Nancy Brewer and Lawrence and Shirley Pierce, all of Butler, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Arrangements for Jonathan will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2004 from the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Manuel to officiate. Graveside Services and Interment will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2004 from the Brewer Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Wayne Lunceford, Steve Laws, Daniel Laws, Gary Laws, Robert Rideau and Earl Davis. The family will receive friends from 7-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, prior to Services, at the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home Chapel. At other times, friends may call at the residence of Jonathan's brother, Tommy at 982 Little Dry Run Road, Butler, Tennessee 37640.
