Judy Marie Nave, born July 3, 1946 of 5200 Roan Creek Road of Mountain City, Tennessee passed away May 31, 2008 after a lengthy illness. She was a native of Johnson County. She was the daughter of Madge Johnson Nave of the home and the late Worley Nave. She was a member of Pleasant View Christian Church and attended First Christian Church of Mountain City. She was an educator in the Johnson County School System. She was a 1964 graduate of Johnson County High School and a graduate of E.T.S.U. Deceased is her twin brother, Eddy Nave, of Elizabethton, Tennessee. She was the granddaughter of Charlie and Ninnie Nave and F. E. and Maude Johnson. Deceased aunts and uncles were Rebecca and Kermit Reece, Martin and Hazel Johnson, and Ohlan and Nell Rambo. Survivors, in addition to her mother, are one sister, Mary Nave, of Danville, California; a sister-in-law, Brenda Nave of Elizabethton, Tennessee. Surviving cousins are Susie and Charles Stovall of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; their daughter Suzanne and husband John Mann and their children: Ashton and Alexis Mann; their son Chip and wife Carol Stovall of Kansas; their children Anna and Charlie Stovall of Kansas; Pat Luther of Knoxville and Bob and Grace Rambo of Virginia. Graveside services will be conducted Monday, June 2, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mountain View Cemetery in Mountain City, Tennessee with Pastor Dwayne Dickson and Ken Caswell officiating. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery in Mountain City, Tennessee. Pallbearers will be Roger Gentry and elders and deacons of the church and friends. I want to thank each and every one for all that was done. I want to thank my dear family, friends, and First Christian Church. Also, there are so many special people that I owe a THANK YOU. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Johnson County Cancer Support Group and First Christian Church. Family and friends may call at any time at the residence.
