Larry Dean Hawkins

We are saddened to announce the passing of Larry Dean Hawkins, age 67 of Doe Valley, Tennessee, who passed away on August 9th, 2024, at his residence. Larry was born to the late Paul Hawkins and his mother Jackie Hampton, Hawkins of Mountain City, TN on February 22,1957 in Johnson County, TN. He was proceeded in death by his mother-in-law and father-in-law Loyd and Dorthy Potter. He Loved Tennessee Football and caring for his yard. He attended Doe Valley Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his Wife Delores Ann Potter Hawkins of the home; sister, Diane Worley, of Doe Valley, TN; brothers; Terry Hawkins of Crackers Neck and Charlie Hawkins, of Mountain City, Tn. His dog Lillie and special friend Earl Taylor of Mountain City, TN also survive. It was Larrys wishes to be cremated, and no formal services held.
