Laura Mae Dunn Lipford, age 90, of Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2025. She was born February 15, 1935 to the late William Edyuth Dunn and Rebecca (Lear) Leah Dishman Dunn. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Dagle D. Lipford; Sisters, Nell Smiley, Louise Robinson, Mable Stout, Retha Dunn, Leona Pennington, and Trula Lipford; Brothers: Everett Dunn, Orville Dunn, Ed Dunn, and Bob Dunn.

Laura Mae was a charter member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church. She loved gardening, Painting, and Working Puzzles.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Glen Blevins (Kathy); daughters, Kathy Roberts and Rebecca Mae Vanderheide (Alex); sister, Beulah Clampett; brother Ernest Dunn.

8 grandchildren, 12 greatgrandchildren 5 great great grandchildren several nieces and nephews and special friend, Billy Outlaw also survive.

A funeral service for Laura Mae will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Hux Lipford Funeral Home with David Bentley and Tracy Newman officiating. Visitation will be from 1 pm until 2 pm Graveside services and burial will follow in the Lipford Cemetery.

The pallbearers will be Chris Blevins, Little Gary Johnson, Robert Blevins,Michael Bungardner, Jonathan Eldreth, Eric Roark, and Cleve Piercy.

Honorary pallbearer, Brandon Dunn, Alex Vanderheide, and Doug Eldreth.
