Lee Ola Prillaman

Lee Ola Prillaman, age 75, of 1901 Gentry Creek Road, Laurel Bloomery, TN passed away, Thursday June 2, 2005 at her residence following a lengthy illness. She was a native of Ashe County, NC and was born April 28, 1930 to the late Noah and Rachael Jones Shumate, also preceded in death by eleven brothers and sisters. She was a former employee of Johnson County Hospital and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband: Jefferson Prillaman of Laurel Bloomery, TN, one daughter; Glenna Short of Mountain City, TN and one son; Bill and wife Cleta Prillaman of Elizabethton, TN. eight grandchildren: Sandra Porter, Angie Eastridge, Lisa Presslor, Dean Taylor, David Birchfield, Tammy Dugger, Debra Nidiffer and Brandy Ledford, seven great-grandchildren: Ashley Taylor, Tasha Porter, Tonya Porter, Adam Deyton, Zachary Porter, Brandon Cordell and Sarah Dugger. A Private viewing and graveside service will be held 2:00 p. m. Sunday from the chapel of the Henson Funeral Home with Mr. Steve Dugger to officiate. Burial will follow in the Reece Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Tommy Eastridge, Anthony Porter, Steve Dugger, Sam Presslor and D. J. Dean Taylor. A special thanks to Hospice Nurses, Dr. Jim Shine, Brandy Davis, and Kathleen Reece. Friends may call at the family residence, 1901 Gentry Creek Road, Laurel Bloomery, Tn at anytime. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society % of Flo Bellamy, 3510 Highway 421 N. Mountain City, TN 37683.
