Mrs. Lena Chloe Wilson age 80 of 321 College Street, Mountain City, Tennessee went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, November 11 , 2016.
She was a daughter of the late Milton Osborne and Belle Nelson Osborne. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by 4 sisters; Lillian Yates, Margaret Grimes, Chloe Mullins, and Rosa Lee Miller, also 5 brothers; Jim Osborne, Ray Osborne, Grover Osborne, Dwight Osborne, and C.L. Osborne.
She was born July 12, 1936 in Ashe County, N.C. She loved reading, sewing, and tending to her flowers.
Survivors include; Husband of 63 years Boyd Wilson, of the home.
2 sons; Don Wilson and spouse Terry, New London, Pa.
Ron Wilson and spouse Donna, Atlanta, Ga.
1 sister; Josephine Lewis.
Grandchildren; Sharon, Rhyan, Joseph, Jacob, and Piers. As well as numerous nieces and nephews survive.
Funeral Service for Mrs. Lena Wilson will be held on Thursday November 17, 2016 beginning at 1 p.m. In the Charles B Hux Chapel of the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Porter, and Rev Steven Spencer to officiate.
The family will receive friends 12 until the service hour. Graveside service and burial will follow in the Phillippi cemetery.
Pallbearers will be; Don Wilson, Ron Wilson, Rhyan Wilson, Joe Wilson, Tommy Wilson, and Butler Reece.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her memory to the Mountain City Care Center, or E.T.S.U. College of nursing.
