Linda L. Miller, age 61, of 239 Pine Orchard Road, Butler, Tennessee passed away Saturday, March 28, 2009 at her residence after an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Woodrow Wilson Jackson and Elsie Jane Mock Jackson. Ms. Miller was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and a member of the American Nurses Association and the Tennessee Nurses Association. She was a Registered Nurse with NECC and her hobbies included spending time with her grandchildren and reading.

 

Survivors include: her husband of 42 years, Ralph Miller; three daughters: Denise Miller Greer and husband John of Butler, TN; Michele Miller Fouad and husband Eric of Marietta, GA; and Dianne Ramey and husband Danny of Gray, TN; one sister: Karen Wighton of Waxhall, NC; three brothers: William Jackson of Glenmoore, PA; Butch Jackson of West Grove, PA; and Glenn Jackson of Westchester, PA; five grandchildren: Brandon Greer, Bradley Greer, Brianna Fouad, Emily and Jacob Ramey; special childhood friend: Joyce Fickes of Coatesville, PA and several nieces and nephews.

 

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, March 29, 2009 from the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel of Hux-Lipford Funeral Home. An inurnment service will be held at a later date in St. John’s Episcopal Cemetery in Compass, Pennsylvania.
