Lisa Ann Osborne Ramirez, age 45, passed away on Saturday May 16, 2015 in Caldwell Hospice in Lenoir, NC. She was born April 1, 1970 to Ray and Katherine Osborne. She was a night auditor for Comfort Inn of Lenoir, NC. She was a member of Big Laurel Mennonite Church and she enjoyed reading. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Roy and Bonnie Gambill and John and Stella Osborne; and two aunts: Linda Osborne and Shirley Lipford; and brother-in-law Jimmy Anson. In addition to her parents, survivors include: her husband Ramiro Ramirez of the home; son: Joshua Ramirez; Sisters: Pam Crowder and husband Darrel; Paula Anson; and Robin Hess and husband James, all of Mountain City, TN; brothers: Kevin Osborne and wife Christina and Rick Potter and wife Gina, all of Mountain City, TN; special nieces: Mollie and Laura Crowder, Jaimey Hess, Shania Osborne, and Tara Mowell; special cousins: Jerry Gambill, Linda Philemon and Sherry Knight; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Lisa Ann Osborne Ramirez will be conducted on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. from the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel of Hux-Lipford Funeral Home with Rev. Shannon Courtner officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Honorary pallbearers will be Comfort Inn Employees of Lenoir, NC, Caldwell Hospice Staff and Wake Forest Baptist Hospital Staff.
