Lucy Miller

Lucy Mae Miller passed away December 12, 2024 at 7:25 p.m. . She was preceded in death by her husband, Benny Miller; two sisters,  Stella and Topsy, and grandson Benji.

She is survived by her five children Tina miller, Susan Vanover, Shannon miller, Beverly Miller & Ben Miller. Her seventeen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Mrs. Miller worked as a caregiver for Mountain City Care and Rehabilitation Center until she retired. She was known for her kind heart and love for her family. Special thanks to her daughters, Tina and Beverly and granddaughters, Lily and Crystal; grandson, Josh for assisting in her care. As well as Ballad Health Hospice and Hermitage Care and Rehab Center for her final days of care.

Mrs. Miller will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her faith in the Lord never waivered and they will see her again one day in Heaven.

A graveside service for Lucy will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Hammons Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Josh and Andrew Long, Austin Johnson, Jessee Riner (Benjiamin Tarleton), Lily Rhymer, & Hannah Bennett.

Honorary pallbearer is Earl Greer.
