Margie M. Wagner, age 88, of 919 Medical Park Drive, Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away Monday, June 7, 2004 at the Watauga Medical Center. She was born May 25, 1916 to the late Mack and Emma Mock McQueen. Margie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Dudley Wagner and two brothers Edgar McQueen and William Leroy McQueen. She was a cancer survivor and enjoyed flowers. Her favorite flower was African Violets. Margie was a member of First United Methodist Church. Margie is survived by Nephews, Franklin McQueen, Flint, Michigan and Richard Bowman, Columbiaville, Michigan; cousins, Flo, Rick, Kim, Ina, James, Paul, Mark, Mike, Phillip, John, Phillip, Phyllis, Danny Bellamy and Marva Allen and Vincent Gillispi. Funeral Services for Margie will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 11, 2004 from the Hux-Lipford Fuenral Home Chapel with Rev. James Smith and Rev. Ernie Widby to officiate. Graveside Services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 12 2004 from the Sunset Memorial Park, Mountain City, Tennessee. Active Pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary Pallbearers are: Doug Hornsby and the Staff of the Mountain City Care Center. Family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Friday, prior to services at the Funeral Home Chapel.
