Marie Eastridge

Aundry Marie Eastridge, age 46, of 1655 Gentry Creek Road, Laurel Bloomery, TN passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Johnston Memorial Hospital. She was born April 28, 1969 to the late Thomas R. Blevins, Sr. and Katie Riffey Blevins. She is preceded in death by her father. She attended First Freewill Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, cooking, and loved working with her church. She especially enjoyed spending time with her daughter, Madison.

She is survived by: her mother, Katie Riffey Blevins of Chilhowie, VA, her husband, Teddy Eastridge and daughter, Madison Eastridge of the home, mother-in-law, Lois Eastridge of Laurel Bloomery, TN, brother-in-law, Tommy Eastridge of Laurel Bloomery, TN, brother Tommy Ray Blevins, Jr. of Chilhowie, VA and several nieces and nephews. Special friends: Pam Blevins and Betty Hamm also survive.

Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m., Friday, January 29, 2016 from the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel with Rev. Greg Poe and Rev. Michael Icenhour officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Due to inclement weather there will be no formal graveside service. She will later be buried at Stateline Baptist Church Cemetery. At that time pallbearers will be: Tommy Eastridge, Adam Deaton, John A. Blevins, Billy Moore, Mike Eastridge, Michael Holms, and Billy Riffey. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff and employees of ASU.
