Marie Osborne

Marie Osborne, age 95, went to be with her Lord on Monday, October 9, 2023. She was born December 25, 1927 to the late Quincy Williams and Rosie Pennington Williams. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Joseph Osborne who passed away in 1998. A daughter Mary Richardson, 2 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren, Daughter in law Sarah Osborne, and several Brothers and Sisters. Marie loved Flowers, Gardening, Cooking, and Canning. She was a member of the Rainbow Mennonite Church and was a homemaker. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters; Carolyn Dunn, Mtn City, TN. Linda Tester, (Mark) Mtn City, TN. her sons; Doug Osborne, Mtn City, TN. Charles Sam (Carol) Osborne Creston, N.C. Bobby Osborne Mtn City, Tn. Son in law Darrell Richardson Warrensville, N.C. Sister, Ettie Jane Reece, Mtn City, TN. Brother Carl Williams Mtn City, TN. 13 grandchildren, several Great and great great grandchildren also survive. Special Friend Edith Fritts. Funeral services for Marie Osborne will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 14, 2023 from the Rainbow Mennonite Church with Pastor Gary Gambill officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Graveside service and burial will follow from the Rainbow Cemetery Immediately following the funeral. Pallbearers will be grandchildren and great grandchildren. Honorary pallbearer will be Joshua Osborne. At other times friends and family may call at the residence, 111 Brown Place, Mountain City, TN.
