Martin Dale Forrester

Martin D. Forrester, age 56, 2443 Rosedale Drive, Lenoir, NC passed away on Monday, November 28, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father, Dallas Forrester. He was an auto repairman. Survivors include: his wife, Carol Harmon Forrester; his mother, Rosa Lee Holden Forrester; one son, Shawn Travis Forrester and wife Mindy, Laurel Bloomery, TN; one sister, Sheila Davis, Jonesborough, TN; two brothers, Stephen Forrester and wife Sara, Hampton, TN and Mike Forrester and wife Pat, Butler, TN and one grandchild, Shawn Travis Forrester II, Laurel Bloomery, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services for Martin D. Forrester will be conducted at 12:00 pm Thursday, December 1, 2011 from the Eastside Memory Chapel of Hux-Lipford Funeral Home with Rev. Leonard Fletcher officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Burial will be in the Dry Hill Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Kirk Davis and family and friends.
