Melvin A. Pitchford, age 77, passed away Friday, March 03, 2017 at the Life Care Center, Elizabethton, TN.
He was born September 3, 1939 in New York state to the late Melvin T. Pitchford and Hazel Heap Pitchford.

Melvin is survived by his daughters: Kathleen Reece and husband Kevin, Butler, TN.

Jennifer Pitchford, Elizabethton, TN.

Special Friend: Eddie Grindstaff, Elizabethton, TN.

Sister: Catherine Smith and husband Bill, New York State.

Special Granddaughter: Victoria Grindstaff.

It was Melvin’s wishes to be cremated and have no formal services.
