Mr. Michael William JR. "Mike" Dugger, age 60, of 310 Dotson Lane Mountain City, TN passed away December 7, 2012 in Mexico. He was born May 5, 1952 to the late William T. Dugger and Shirley W. Dugger. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his sister Brenda Dugger Bell. Survivors include: two brothers, Johnny Dugger, and Jimmy Dugger of Mountain City, TN, one daughter, Michelle Dugger, and one son, Jonathon Dugger both of Mexico. Arrangements are incomplete.
