Ms. Nora J. Lowe, age 88, of Willowick Ohio, formerly of Mountain City, passed away Monday, October 27, 20014. She was born September 28, 1926 to the late Jacob B. Lowe and Essie Williams Lowe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters: Virginia Garland and Mildred Davis; and brothers: Harry Lowe, Benny Lowe and Jimmy Lowe. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 30, 2014 in Sunset Memorial Park.
