Paul Gschwind

Paul Albert Gschwind, 69, of Elizabethton, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2013, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital after a brief illness. A native of Sevierville, TN, he was the son of the late Theodore Adolf and Edna Gschwind. Mr. Gschwind was a United States Navy veteran and currently employed as a respiratory therapist at Johnson County Community Hospital. He was member at Harvest Baptist Church, the Car Club and Gray Junction Band. Survivors include his loving wife of 29 years, Joan Gschwind, of the home; five children, Aprile Potter and her husband Marty, Mountain City, Angel Snyder and her husband Shane, Elizabethton, Travis Reece, Mountain City, Paula Campbell and husband David, Johnson City, Brian McDaniel and his wife Glenda, Gray; seven grandchildren, Mandisa, Skylar, Martin, Cassie, Braxton, Dylan, and Andy; two great-grandchildren, Hayden and Tristan; a brother, David Gschwind and his wife Martha, Gray; and two sisters Connie and Victoria. The family of Mr. Paul Albert Gschwind will greet friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at Tetrick Funeral Home, Elizabethton.
