Pauline Morrison Bryant

Mrs. Pauline Morrison Bryant, age 90, of the Mountain City Care Center, Mountain City, Tennessee and formerly of 793 Gentry Creek Road, Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2003 at the Watauga Medical Center following a brief illness. Ms. Bryant was a native of Johnson County and was born December 24, 1912 to the late William S. and Alice E. Hawkins Morrison. Mrs. Bryant worked for the United States Government in Washington DC for a number of years in the Office of Census Bureau. She was preceded in death by her late husband Harry Bryant, several sisters and brothers. Mrs. Bryant was of the Methodist Faith. Survivors include: (1) Sister: Hattie L. Morrison, Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee (1) Brother: Hugh Morrison, Mountain City, Tennessee Several Nieces and Nephews. Henson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Funeral Services for Mrs. Pauline Morrison Bryant, age 90, of the Mountain City Care Center, Mountain City, Tennessee and formerly of 793 Gentry Creek Road, Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 02, 2003 from the Chapel of the Henson Funeral Home with Mr. Clyde Campbell and Mr. Jim Hutchinson to officiate. Graveside Services will follow at the Acre Field Cemetery, Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Johnson County Rescue Squad, 201 Vandilla Street, Mountain City, Tennessee. Friends may also call at the home of her sister, Hattie Morrison, 793 Gentry Creek Road, Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee.
