Penny Fisher

Penny Nicole Fisher, age 34, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born December 23, 1981 to the Timothy Fisher and the late Pamela Norris Fisher. She was preceded in death by her mother and her grandparents, Wade and Corrine Norris. Penny liked listening to music, dancing, and watching soap operas. She especially enjoyed spending time with her nieces.

In addition to her father, Timothy Fisher, she is survived by: one sister. Iva Tolley of Jonesborough, TN, two brothers: Joseph Fisher of Jonesborough, TN and Sherman Dowell and wife Ashley of Elizabethton, TN, three special nieces: Samantha Tolley, Stephanie Norris, and Chasity McInturff, special cousins, Brittany and Christina Norris, special aunts: Crystal Norris, Pam Norris, and Vanessa Roberts and several cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. from the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel with Rev. Harvey White officiating. Graveside service and interment will follow from the Green Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, August 13, 2016 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel. Pallbearers are: Jessie Corum, Johnny Norris, Marty Norris, Rick Townsend, and Mike Norris. Honorary pallbearers will be: Joseph Norris, Kendell Lewis, Gavin Morefield, Joey Fisher, Timothy Tolley, and Joshua Watson.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hux-Lipford Funeral Home, in her honor, to help with funeral expenses.
