Penny Lee Moore

Penny Lee Moore, age 38, of Macon, Georgia passed away June 5, 2014 in Greenville, South Carolina. She was born May 24, 1976 in Orlando, Florida to Ava Worton Gibson and the late Cecil Gibson. She was a Dean's List Devry University Student with a 3.5 grade point average majoring in Human Resources. She loved the outdoors, being with people, riding four wheelers and especially loved her dogs, Rock and Roxie. Survivors in addition to her mother include: her husband, Josh Moore, of the home; sons: Ian Maynard and Keith Lee Guy; sisters: Rhonda Gibson and children Cody and Heather; Karen Arnold and child Cheyanne; Tammy Clavette and children Mike, Anthony and Jessica; Wanda Adams and children Crystal, Cristy and Tiffany; brothers: Robert Gibson and children Rachel, Robbie and Eugene; B. J. Gibson and children Billy and Sara; Tracy Gibson and children T. J., Travis and Thomas; Jesse Gibson and children Brittany, Trevor, Emery and Kylee; Charles Gibson and C. L. Gibson; mother-in-law: Tammy Phipps; father-in-law: Rickey Phipps; Josh's grandparents: Howard and Crystal Guy; friend: Howard Keith Guy; sisters-in-law: Mechelle Puckett, Sharon Harden, Amber Dawn Hyatt, Rebecka Quinn; and brother-in-law: Dakoda Phipps. Special friends Erin Omen and Kim Kennedy also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. from Poga Church of Christ with Minister Dean Estep officiating. Graveside service and interment will follow in Poga Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2014 from the Eastside Memory Chapel of Hux-Lipford Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Josh Moore, Howard Keith Guy, Keith Lee Guy, Ian Maynard, Rickey Phipps and Dakoda Phipps.
