Randy Meadows

Randy Meadows,  age 72, of Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee passed away January 8, 2024 in the Johnston Memorial Hospital.  He was born July 6, 1951 in Johnson City, Tennessee to the late Welby Carlos Meadows and Dallas Grayson Meadows.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Rosie Mae Meadows and brothers, Jim Meadows and Walter Meadows.

Randall was a Master Homebuilder.  He was a member of Wesley Chapel Church in Laurel Bloomery and enjoyed hiking and camping.

In addition to his wife, Daphne, those left to cherish his memory include his two sons, Ryan Meadows of Wise, Virginia and Cory Meadows (Victoria) of Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee; sister, June Hubbert (David) of Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee; brother, Charles Meadows of Bear, Delaware; several nieces and nephews and special friends, Tommy Payne Jr. and Jerry Moses.

Funeral service for Randall will be held Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 7 pm in the Buford Lipford Chapel at Hux & Lipford Funeral Home with Armand Jalbert officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6 - 7 pm prior to the funeral.  He will be laid to rest in Sunset Memorial Park.

Pallbearers: Ryan Meadows, Cory Meadows.

Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Johathan Swank, Jay Pack, Charles Meadows, David Hubbard, Steve Owens, Billy Winters, Terry Reid and Kenny Price
