Reba Neatherly

Reba Neatherly, age 63, of 3170 Crackers Neck Road, Mountain City, Tennessee passed away Monday, December 21, 2009 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Floyd J. Forrester and Elva Tester Forrester. She was a member of Locust Gap Freewill Baptist Church. Reba loved traveling, going to the beach, shopping, working crossword puzzles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters: Bertha Mae Forrester, Alice Vines, Marylake Smith and Correen Norris; and one brother: Raleigh Martin Forrester.

 

Survivors include: her husband, John L. Neatherly, of the home; three daughters: Barbara Dunn of Oxford, PA; Vicky Roark and husband Robert of Kimblesville, PA; and Lavonda Thomas of Trade, TN; one son: Clint Dunn and wife Kathy of Butler, TN; three sisters: Josephine Blackburn of Butler, TN; Patsy Pierce and husband Kyle and Carolyn Forrester, both of Mountain City, TN; three brothers: Bobby Forrester and wife Barbara; David Forrester and wife Maryann and Raymond Forrester, all of Mountain City, TN; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews and special friend Marie Jennings also survive.



It was Reba's wishes to be cremate and a private inurnment will be held in Greene Hill Cemetery at a later date with pastor Chuck Morefield to officiate.
