Rischa Carol Keith

Rischa Carol Keith passed away unexpectedly at her home in Knoxville, Tennessee on Monday, July 25, 2016. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard D. Keith, and her maternal grandparents, Ruth Brooks Hawkins and Ralph Brooks and Otis and Mary Keith.

She was of the Protestant faith. She is survived by her son Jeffery Skylar Bledsoe, Gray, TN, her mother, Jeannie Brooks Countiss, two sisters Amanda Bracken and husband Alan, Kingsport, TN, Ava Countiss and fiancé Robert Mein, Waleska, GA, one brother, Jeffrey Brad Tester, Knoxville, TN, and boyfriend James Stamper, Knoxville, TN. Several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles also survive. She is also survived by her special “Grandpa” Joe Hawkins and special friend, Brent Taylor, Gate City, VA.

There will be a memorial service to honor Rischa on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. from the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel of the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home with Scott Wilkes officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 -3:00 p.m. prior to the service. Inurnment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park.
