Rodney Joe Eller

Rodney Joe Eller, age 49, of Mountain City, Tennessee and resided in Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away October 25, 2024 in Anderson County, Tennessee from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  He was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky March, 4, 1975 to Kathy Eller Campbell.  He was preceded in death his father, Joe Eller; brother, Joe Joe Eller; a special nephew, Joseph Aaron (Tinky) Furchess; grandmother, Geneva Roskie and grandfather, Paul Roskie and grandparents, Glenn Eller and Clyde Eller.

Rodney was a member of Clinton Church of God where all the members loved him.  He was a mill rite,  a big fan of AC/DC, bag pipes, star wars and wrestling. He loved serving God and Gods people.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Kathy Campbell and step father, Earl Campbell; his daughter, Alana Gaud and Alana's sister, Adriana Gaud; his sister, Heather Eller; step sister, Crystal Meadows; step brother, Eric Campbell; his fiancé', Donna Phillips Duncan of Anderson County and her sons, Derek Frost, Kevin Duncan and Tyler Duncan; a special niece, Gracie Oxentine Campbell (Luke); and a host of many many friends also survive.

Funeral service for Rodney will be conducted at 4:30 pm on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Hux & Lipford Funeral Home with Reverend Curtis Akers of Clinton, Tennessee officiating.  The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm prior to the service.  Graveside service and interment will follow in  Sunset Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Luke Osborne, Keith Wright, Ronnie Carr, Gary Norris, Chris Herman, Robert Knight, and Kurt Wilson.

Honorary pallbearers are Glenn Roskie and Earl Campbell.
