Ronnie Main

Ronnie Main, age 49, of 419 Laurel Road, Mountain City, Tennessee passed away suddenly November 3, 2009 in Boone, North Carolina. He was the son of the late Arlie Main and Shirley Potter Main. Ronnie was a mechanic and loved working on cars and painting cars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Elisha Dawn Main.

 

Survivors include: his wife of 28 years, Jeannie Main, of the home; two sisters: Patty Dugger and husband Jerry and Kathy Taylor and husband Larry, both of Mountain City, TN; four brothers: Terry Main and Johnny Main, both of Boone, NC; Mike Main of Greenville, NC; and Tim Main and wife Brenda of Knoxville, TN. Special friends Kenneth Huffman and wife Nikki and several nieces and nephews also survive.

 

Funeral services for Ronnie Main will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 8, 2009 from the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel of Hux~Lipford~Teague Funeral Home with Mr. Leon Bryant officiating. Pallbearers will be Tim Main, Kenneth Huffman, Bobby Taylor, Clifton Brown, Jason Snyder and Mike Main. Graveside service and interment will follow in Parks-Wilson Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
