Ronnie Scott Ward

Ronnie Scott Ward, age 36, of 439 Shoun Street, Mountain City passed away Monday, March 10, 2008 at his residence following a lengthy illness. He was a native of Georgia and was a son of the late Lamar P. Ward. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandfather Luther Price, step-father George Dilbeck and numerous friends. He was a construction worker and attended the Vaught?s Gap Baptist Church and loved hunting, fishing and loved animals. Survivors: include his wife Victoria Ward of the Home One son: David Lamar Ward of the Home Mother: Wanda Price Dilbeck of Jonesboro, Georgia Maternal Grandmother: Enola Johnson , of Carrollton, Georgia Special Friends: David Messer, Jeff Martin and Numerous friends Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Aunts and Uncles also survive. A memorial service will be held 6:00 p. m. Thursday, March 13, 2008 from the St. Anthony Catholic Church with Rev. Donald Hathaway and Rev. Tim Bunten to officiate. The family will receive friends from 5 until 6:00 p. m. Thursday, March 13, 2008 at the St. Anthony Catholic Church prior the service and other times friends may call at the residence 439 Shoun Street, Mountain City at anytime.
