Ruby G. May, age 94, of 1225 Walker Road, Dover, Delaware passed away, Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at the Capital Health Care Center in Dover, Delaware. She was a native of Mountain City, Tennessee Born on November 08, 1908 to the late Samuel and Nora Loyd Goodwin. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dana Heck, two sisters, Nina Shoun and Ruth Lowe and four brothers, Alva Goodwin, Dock Goodwin, Joe Goodwin and Ronder Goodwin. She taught school at the Johnson County Schools, was a member of the Maple Chapter of the Eastern Star, a member of the Home Demonstration Club, attended the Senior Citizens Club and was a member of the Doe Valley Methodist Church. Survivors include: Husband, Thomas Hill May, Dover, Delaware Several Nieces and Nephews. Henson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Funeral services for Ruby G. May will be held 12:00 noon, Friday, June 20, 2003 from the Doe Valley United Methodist Church with Rev. Don Everhart to officiate. Burial will be in the Sunset Memorial Park, Mountain City, Tennessee. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Doe Valley United Methodist Church., 6354 Highway 67 West, Mountain City, TN.
