Mrs. Ruth Eggers Stout, age 85, of 112 Monument Street, Mountain City, TN.,passed away Tuesday March 3, 2009 at her residence following an extended illness.
She was a native of North Carolina, a daughter of the late Harrison Clay and Netta Hagaman Eggers. Mrs. Stout was retired from the Gabriel Shock Absorber Company as a payroll clerk. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Mountain City.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Dana Stout Jr., daughters Claudia S Crosswhite, Sharon S.Bissett, brothers, Ernest and,Glenn Eggers, and a sister Anna Mae Eggers preceded her in death
Survivors are, 3 Daughters, Wanda S. and husband Harry Critcher, Boone, NC

Jenny S and husband Dennis Bumbarger, Mountain City, TN
Son-in-law, Jim Bissett.
Sister-in-law, Nancy Eggers, Eastlake, Ohio

17 Grandchildren, 37 Great-Grandchildren, numerous Great-Great-Grandchildren, several Nieces and Nephews. Special Friend Carolyn Stout.
Funeral service for Mrs. Ruth Stout will be conducted at 7:00 PM Friday March 6, 2009 from the chapel of the Henson Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Campbell officiating.
Music will be by Jimmy Cheek and family members.
Pallbearers will be Grandsons.
Graveside service and interment will be Saturday March 7, 2009 at 2:30 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park, Mountain City, TN The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 pm Friday prior to the funeral service and other times at the residence,112 Monument Street, Mountain City, TN
