Ruth Snyder

Ruth Snyder age 98 of 919 Medical Park Drive, Mountain City, Tennessee passed away peacefully and went home to be with her Heavenly Father Monday, November 16, 2009 at the Mountain City Care Center. Ms. Snyder was preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Jane Arnold Wallace; her husband, Jay H. Snyder; three sisters: Nell Wallace, Grace Wallace and Pearl Wallace; six brothers: Fred Wallace, Roy Wallace, Glen Wallace, Wade Wallace, Ralph Wallace and Bruce Wallace. Ruth was a member of Centerview Church of Christ, but attended Doe Baptist. Ms. Snyder was formerly employed by the U.S. Treasury.

 

Survivors include two daughters: Martha Lopez and husband Ed and Ann Huggins and husband Jay; one son, John Doyle all of Arizona. She also is survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

 

It was the wishes of Ruth Snyder to be cremated and no formal funeral services. Inurnment for Ms. Snyder will be conducted at a later time..
