Sandra Kay Harper

Sandra Kay Snyder Harper, age 57, of Texas City TX and formerly of Mountain City passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2014 in Texas. She was born October 18, 1956 to the late Frank and Annice Shupe Snyder. She enjoyed working puzzles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Jane Snyder. Survivors include: husband Randy Harper of OH. one son: Jeffrey Allan Harper of OH; one sister: Kitty Cornett and husband Mike of Mountain City, TN; two brothers: Bob W. Snyder and wife Debbie of Mountain City, TN and Frankie Snyder and wife Diane of Orville, OH; several step brothers and sisters; several nieces and nephews and special friend Danny Pugh. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2014 from Phillippi Cemetery with Rev. David Hankel officiating. Active pallbearers will be Ronald Wills, Bob Snyder, James Clemmons, Daniel Thomas, Nevin Snyder, Chris Johnson, Dennis Snyder and Jamie Snyder. Honorary pallbearers will be the nursing home staff and Danny Pugh.
