Sherry Stout

Sherry Stout, age 42, of 2656 Crackers Neck Road, Mountain City, Tennessee passed away Thursday, October 28, 2010 at her residence following an extended illness. She was a daughter of the late Roy Earl Guy and Dorothy Pauleen Smith Guy. Sherry was a former employee of Roan Valley Market and she was a member of Vaughts Gap Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters: Loretta Jenkins and Shelby McKinsey; one brother: Allen Smith; two nieces: Brandy Courtner and Jackie Cornett; and one nephew: Jeff Norris. Survivors include: her husband, Howard Stout, of the home; one sister: Patty Guy; five brothers: Scott Guy, Kevin Guy, Mitchell Guy and Chris Guy, all of Mountain City, TN and Nicholas Guy of PA; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Doris and Bob Pratt of Mountain City, TN; brother-in-law: Michael Stout of Mountain City, TN; sister-in-law: Jeannie Tester of Mountain City, TN; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Special friends Bud Pennington, Lois Tester, Michael Stout and Earl Crowder and special preacher Rev. Frank Johnson also survive. A memorial graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 2, 2010 from Nave Cemetery with Rev. Harvey White and Rev. Chuck Morefield officiating. At other times friends may call at the residence, 2656 Crackers Neck Road, Mountain City, Tennessee.
