Steve Eggers

Steve Eggers age 55, Of Mountain City, Tennessee passed away on Monday March 9th, 2020 at his residence. Steve was born on July 21, 1964 in Boone, N.C. to the late Lloyd Eggers and Patsy Trivette Eggers. He was a construction worker. He loved riding motorcycles, gardening and arrowhead hunting. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Arnold Eggers of the home; son, Derek Eggers, Mountain City, Tennessee; brothers, Jimmy Eggers, Mountain City, Tennessee and Timmy Eggers, Mountain City, Tennessee. His beloved dogs Harley Girl and Spikey Baby. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services for Steve will be conducted on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the East Side Chapel of Hux & Lipford Funeral Home with Jim Furches and Bill Worley to officiate. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. prior to the funeral. Graveside services and burial will follow in the Rainbow Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Eric Arnold, Mike Arnold, Brent Snyder, Jeffery Brinker, Shawn McElyea, and Red Eggers. Honorary Pallbearers: Dalton Atwood, Doug Payne, Derek Eggers, Brian Rainbolt, Fred Eggers, Phil Arnold, John Greer, Ethan Arnold, Brian Arnold, Troy Arnold, and Caden Arnold.
