Steven P Terrill

Steven P. Terrill, age 43, of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 in the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN. He was born July 20, 1971 in Garfield Heights, Ohio to William C "Bill" Terrill and Kathy Cornett Terrill. Steven worked as a computer technician and served in the United States Army as a medic from 1991 until 2002. He was a Seattle Seahawks fan, loved to play darts and he was on the Dart Team. He graduated from Johnson County High School in 1990 and attended Tennessee Technology Class of 2014. He was a member of Liberty Christian Church. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy and Chris Terrill and grandparents. Steven is survived by his parents, "Bill" and Kathy Terrill of Mountain City, TN; two sons, Bryan Jarred Terrill and Trevor Nathaniel Terrill, Mountain City, TN; the Love of His Life, Tina Dunn; one sister, Linda Lee Smith, Mountain City, TN; four brothers, Dale Terrill, Morristown, TN, Scott Terrill, Friedrichsdorf, Germany, Jeff Terrill, Indian Hills, South Carolina, Timothy John (Terrill)-Slupski, Buford, S. C. and several aunts, several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services for Steven Terrill will be conducted Monday, April 27, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. from the Charles B. Hux Memorial Chapel with Minister Dwayne Dickson officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p. m. until 7:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Military graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. accorded by the Johnson County Honor Guard Tuesday, April 28, 2015 from the Phillippi Cemetery. Active pallbearers are Jeff Terrill, T. R. Smith, Billy Smith, Jesse Smith, T. J. Walters, Jeremy Ayers and Kelly Stewart. Honorary pallbearers will be Shane Stout, Randy Camper, Jeff Mack and Members of Rolling Thunder and graduating class of Tennessee Tech.
