Teresa E. Burgess

Teresa E. Burgess, age 45, of 3933 Hwy 421 South-Apt #26, Mountain City, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, April 17 2005 following a lengthy illness. A native of Johnson County, Tennessee, she was born on March 1, 1960 to the late John and Bonnie Cornett Burgess. Teresa is survived by two sons: David Burgess of Mountain City, Tennessee and Dusty Burgess of Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee; one sister, Sherry K. Mains and two brothers: John Burgess and Bill Burgess. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2005 from the Cornett Cemetery with Pastor Dwayne Dickson to officiate. Active Pallbearers will be Family and Friends of Teresa. The family will receive friends from 1-1:30 p.m., prior to Services Tuesday, at the Hux-Tetrick Funeral Home Chapel.
